QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years of assistant experience;
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task;
- Ability to manage multiple schedules, deadline and projects
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Strong editing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail;
- Very strong computer skills, including Outlook, Powerpoint, Mailchimp, PayPal, Shopify, WordPress, Dropbox, Photoshop & Illustrator;
- Interest in astrology is a must but proficiency is not required;
