Whether that means silencing your phone or RSVPing “no, thank you” to an event, do what you need to do to protect your “me” time. You’ll make more progress once you’ve paused to recharge.

Keep a clear head so you can figure out whose guidance is worth following. If what you’re learning doesn’t make you feel grounded, capable, and more like yourself, it’s not for you.
