Catch up with yourself. Mercury is in Gemini, which means the next few weeks are a chance to experiment with greeting all of your emotions (yes, even the tough ones) with curiosity instead of judgment. Start with noticing the negative thoughts that loop through your head. Then ask yourself what they’re trying to tell you about your needs. Learning to read your own body’s signals takes a lifetime, and there’s no “right” way to do it. Just practice responding with as much compassion as possible.
