Self-conscious about how you’re coming across? Take a breath. Not every awkward moment is proof you did or said something weird. So try not to lose confidence. Check in on how you’re showing up for yourself. Notice where your self-talk gets harsh or defeatist. Then course-correct with kinder words. You don’t need to change your whole personality. You just need to act like you trust yourself, even if you don’t feel that way. Fake it till you make it.
