Take stock of the lessons and teachings that no longer make sense for who you are now. It’s okay to admit what you don’t know. Right now, the only bad ideas are the ones you refuse to take seriously.

If you’re feeling too busy to think, try tuning out the noise for 20 minutes or closing all those browser tabs you’re juggling. Take a break without reading another article or listening to another podcast, and make space to notice your own observations. One good idea is worth more than a dozen rabbit holes.
