Question whether conversations actually have to go your way, or if it’s okay to let others “win.” And avoid lashing out at siblings, neighbors, or the people in your everyday orbit. You’re not failing — you’re just holding yourself to an impossible standard. If you’ve hit a wall with your confidence or can’t stop analyzing your every move, take a breath. That voice telling you that you’re not good enough, not “XYZ” enough, doesn’t have the full story. Block the critic in your head. You don’t need more pressure right now; you need space to figure out what will make you feel like you again. Start by cutting yourself some slack.
