
You need to work smarter, not harder. The Earth won’t stop spinning if you end the day with unchecked boxes on your to-do list. Instead of aiming for perfection, challenge yourself to be happy with “good enough.” Taking care of your body has to be a priority too. Even if you have only a few minutes between tasks, use them as intentionally as possible. Hydrate, breathe, or stretch before tackling the next thing. Protect your energy and honor your limits like it’s your job.
