
You don’t need a perfect communication strategy. You just need to quit over-editing yourself. Take a time-out. Figure out which conversations, text threads, or mental loops are draining you. What would happen if you stopped adjusting every email for tone? Or fixing every problem in the group chat (again)? Micromanaging your everyday exchanges will only burn you out. It’s okay to say, “I’ll get back to you after a nap.”
