Vulnerability can be scary, but it’s not something to be avoided. You need to build a relationship with the softer parts of yourself. Now that Mercury is in Cancer, forget about perfecting your poker face. Instead, express the doubts and insecurities swirling through your head. Share more of your emotions with a therapist or a trusted friend, or spill them all in your journal. Get curious about the roots of your instinctive reactions or behaviors, but be gentle with yourself. Right now, self-compassion is the key to greater self-awareness.
